JON KELLY
Vice President, Finance
Jon received a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2007 from Memorial University of Newfoundland and was elected as a member the Athletic Honor Society in recognition of outstanding contribution to the athletic program of the University. In 2009 Jon received his CA designation while working at Grant Thornton and since this position has held progressively responsible positions at Dovre Canada Limited and Provincial Aerospace Ltd. before joining the GIP Atlantic team as Director of Financial Reporting. This role aims to support the Finance and Accounting teams, improve financial processes and systems and oversee the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for the group of companies.

JEANNINE FITZGERALD
Vice President, Finance and Shared Services.
In her role as Vice President, Finance and Shared Services, Jeannine leads the provision of Finance and Administrative services provided by GIP Atlantic Services & Maintenance and Marine Ltd. (“PSMM”) to its operating affiliates. She provides leadership and direction in the areas of financial management, financial reporting, internal controls, taxation, financing, risk management, commercial and financial planning. As a member of the senior management team, she participates in the development and execution of strategic plans, initiatives, and decisions in support of the mandate and goals of PSMM.
Jeannine brings over 15 years’ experience in progressive roles across varying sectors, providing financial management leadership, developing commercial strategies and priorities, delivering project management, managing key strategic business objectives, and initiating new business efforts. An effective communicator Jeannine is key to establishing positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders of GIP Atlantic Services & Maintenance and Marine Ltd. and developing high performing teams to meet corporate goals and initiatives.
A graduate of Saint Mary’s University, Jeannine received a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a Certificate in Human Resource Management in 2002 and then pursued her CGA designation with KPMG.
